we will be buying food and preparing at 3pm. so for those who want to and can come and help, please meet at my house at 3pm (inform me at least the day before. so when we leave to buy stuff you will not be left out!). will leave all bags at my place then we decide to go sheng siong or ntuc..depending on weather.

also, a few persons are needed to help cheehao wrap wanton. anyone bringing any other food along please inform me the day before at least.

this is all the information for now!! please sms me if you are coming (for the food preparation part). for starhub users you can use the websms to save money. most likely i wont reply you cos my bill is bursting and i have no more money.

BLOG v.s. DIARY

Since blogging started, I have always asked myself this fundamental question: Why do people wanna blog? What makes people wanna write all their feelings and thoughts into an online diary to let the whole world see??

Nonono, diary is different from blogging. I shouldn't even call a blog an online diary because a diary is a very very, extremely personal belonging. It sometimes record the most intimate aspect of a person's feelings and thoughts and these are things that the writer feel close to and only the writer has the right to read its content. A diary is in fact a storage of a person's memory of his/her past, to remind him/her of the things that he/she did and how he/she felt then.

On the other hand, a blog which is a part of the world wide web, is in actual fact an advertising platform for people who wishes either to seek attention or to gain recognition. Search for any blogs online and you will see that most blogs are decorated and its content added in such a way so that people will be wanting to know more. It is nothing like what I have described a diary to be in the previous paragraph.

Since they are seeking attention, I just don't get it why some people wanna voice their personal feeling online and yet when people gave some comments that they disagree to, they would have a feeling of betrayal or disgust. When you start a blog, isn't your purpose some how to attract people's attention, to make known your feelings to the whole world and to let people comment on what you write? I think that most people are just not ready to accept facts that they know is true but is just different from their ideals, they are just not ready to accept criticisms.

Some people have been asking me to start a blog so that I can pen my feelings. Frankly, sometimes I was really tempted and had the urge to want to join the blogosphere. But I still came to the decision not to do so and rejected that idea. Because I still do not feel comfortable letting everyone read about my thoughts, things that i hold dear. If I have somthing that I want to tell, I would do it the old fashion way, through telephone or better, in person.

But some would ask why am I then writing a blog entry criticising blogging? The reason is very simple, I am very bored at 2312 hrs and just could not find anything interesting to do so I am writing something to attract your attention. Another reason will be because there haven't been an entry into our class blog for months and it is starting to rot. Thus I am just trying to clear up the cob webs and vacuum the dust.

While I lay awake in bed, God's still small voice came to me and said, "While dealing with a stranger, common courtesy you use, but the family you love, you seem to abuse. Go and look on the kitchen floor, You'll find some flowers there by the door. Those are the flowers he brought for you. He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue. He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise, you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."

By this time, I felt very small, And now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed; "Wake up, little one, wake up," I said. "Are these the flowers you picked for me?"

He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree. I picked 'em because they're pretty like you. I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."

I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today; I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."

He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay. I love you anyway."

I said, "Son, I love you too, and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than into our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don't you think? So what is behind the story?

school's starting!

well..our tag board is functioning quite actively..but our blog is stale beyond doubts!!

school term is starting once again. so may all you ORD-ed boys-turn-men enjoy studying once again!! except now that its not going to be as fun as ever with all the timetable planning, MCs requirements and what nots going on..

so may we bring our meetings to schools now every once in awhile..and not forgetting this online platform that we have to put down our thoughts..with no restriction in time and space..that is, as long as you have a computer and internet access!

Yinaisi finally speak!!

Dear ppl,

Today 18 Jul 06 @ 1805 hrs mark the time i start to write my first blog aka virgin blog. Those who know me well would know that i am not that good at expressing myself. Or maybe it is just that I am too lazy to write. Yawnz!

But some of you may(or may not) ask, why then is this bugger writing all these stuff in the first place if he is as lazy as he said himself to be. The reason is that I am really really bored and I have no other things to do while waiting for my Windows Live Messenger to work (For the last 2 hrs). Bugger!

4½ years has passed since a group of strangers from all walks of life and different school uniforms came together. But soon uniforms of GESS, FMSS, JTSS were cast aside as they don a new look and were now known as PJC02S15. However PJC02S15 would have only been just a name if not for the heart and soul in it, a group of people called FRIENDS. This is a very special group of people who have not only touched my heart but also influenced me greatly in all the things that I did. We have been through thick and thin together, surviving countless attempts on our lives. What was most memorable were the Basketball Sessions after Chem Prac and the Birthday Celebrations. (I have never regretted smearing someone with cake though) Though we no longer don the Waiter attire and has gone different ways to pursue our goals and dreams but I have faith that our friendship will last forever. I have always been glad to meet up even if it's just for coffee or table tennis session because it will remind me that life will be totally different without you people. Thank you one and all.

hey guys! i dunno how true is this email that i have just read, but better be safe than sorry ya..i think some of you have received the forwarded one from me already..keke..this is the thing:

some guys or this guy has been going around with some keys trying to open house doors. and people on hearing keys opening door, thinking its their family member coming home, may rush to the door and open the wooden door. BUT PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE HOUSE DOOR WITHOUT CHECKING WHO'S THE PERSON ATTEMPTING TO OPEN YOUR DOOR! by opening the wooden door, you are exposing yourself to the guys'/guy's attack. so beware friends! so far some cases in clementi and ang mo kio has this happening, but the guy (whether its the same guy or different) has not harmed anyone yet..

so that's the warning...

02s15 memories

hello guys. ahem ahem. let me do the opening ceremony of this blog. hehs. -clapz claps-
haha. okay okay. i shall write the first entry in this very own blog of our class. =)

how shall i begin? hmm..

i came into this class 02s15 in the yr 2002 as a retainee. of cos when pple heard that u are a retainee, they normally would tend to have this thinking that 'oh man, this guy here is god damn stupid or wat! nv study hard.' but den it was totally different. the pple in 02s15 were super duper friendly. i got to noe my best buddy first in the class. she is miss sandy goh bee peng. my hong yan zi ji and i'm her lan yan zi ji! the first time i saw her, i thought she was a malay because of her dark skin. bad skin. lol. slowly, i got to noe more pple like yiqi, weijun, cheehao, ignatius, bennett, linda, weixian and so on. we formed a class soccer team back in pjc. bennett, weijun, zhisheng, ben kang and me. sandy as our class motivator planned alot of soccer friendly for our class. but den , we won all. lousy lah. haha. find some better teams mah. as the days passed by, our class became more and more united. our unity somehow made other class jealous and envious. finally, promos came. alot of us managed to scrape thru promos. ben kang and one more girl (forgotten her name) got retained. well well. this is life. we were sad to see dem leave us but den life still have to goes on.

J2 life were not as great as j1. we moved to the new campus at cck and there came a few newcomers into our class. mel, tian, yit hean and minglun. all were nice pple and soon, i started to mingle with dem. 3 yrs already. mel and tian are still my good jie mei. yit hean is my minesweeper shimu! lol.

Basketball was our fav sport of our j2 yr. we played on every friday b4 gp remedial. j2 life was fast. common test, mid yr exam and prelims came very quickly & all were gone in a glimpse. got back our prelim results. some of us were happy. some of us were disappointed. and as for me, as usual, my results were horrible. i started to burn midnight oil everyday and mel was my study companion at the night. we called each other in the night and studied together through the phone. those were the days! A level came and gone in afew weeks. my 13 yrs of wearing uniform were finally over. glad but sad. glad cos finally, i did not need to go school already. sad cos everyone in our class would go separate ways. guys to the army and girls to work. well well. life as i said is lydat. study-work-aged-die! hmm. =) prom night was great! we got ourselves a hotel to put our stuff and to stay for a night after the prom. pauline was the prom queen. hehs. Soon, everyone of us went on our separate ways after prom. 2 yrs of jc life was over.

although, we still keep in contact with each other until now. but life isnt the same anymore. the girls are graduating soon and for us, the guys are ord-ing soon. everyone is going into their new chapters of life. as i said, 2 yrs of jc life as part of 02s15 will always be in my mind, in my heart flowing with my blood. good memories are sweet and one thing i'm sure is that we, 02s15, will always be in one. one for one, all for all.
